Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when you engage Digger Bro Wet & Dry Hire for excavation, landscaping or equipment hire services.

Quotes
Quotes are provided based on the information supplied at the time of enquiry. Site conditions, scope changes or access issues encountered on the day may affect the final price; any variation will be discussed with you before extra work is carried out.
Bookings & cancellations
Confirmed bookings hold a time slot in our schedule. We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule so we can offer the slot to another customer.
Wet hire (operator + machine)
All wet hire work is carried out by an experienced Digger Bro operator. We are fully insured for the equipment and operator supplied.
Dry hire
When equipment is hired without an operator, the hirer is responsible for safe operation, on-site damage and returning the equipment in the condition it was supplied. Bond, licensing and insurance requirements are confirmed at the time of booking.
Site access & utilities
The customer is responsible for confirming locations of underground services (Dial Before You Dig) and providing safe site access. Digger Bro will work cooperatively to plan access on arrival.
Payment
Payment terms are set out on each quote or invoice. Please reach out if anything is unclear before work begins.
